If you have active cystic acne or open lesions, we advise waiting until healed. For mild acne or sensitivity, tell your technician; they’ll adapt product choices and technique, or perform a small test area first to ensure safety.

Avoid sun exposure, hot showers, heavy sweating, and exfoliation for 24–48 hours. Apply soothing aloe or cold compresses for redness and use gentle, fragrance-free moisturizers. Resume gentle exfoliation after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
