Most clients return every 8–12 weeks depending on growth rate and hair condition. Your stylist will assess integrity and recommend a personalized timing plan to maintain texture without over-processing.

If applied incorrectly, overlap can cause breakage. Our stylists perform integrity checks, use protective techniques, and may perform strand tests to minimize risk and ensure a safe, effective retouch.

Appointments generally last 60–120 minutes depending on hair length, density, required processing time, conditioning treatments, and styling. Your consultation determines the exact timing for your service.

Color and relaxer together require careful planning. We often recommend scheduling separate appointments or waiting one to two weeks between services to protect hair health and prevent damage.
