Get answers to common questions about Intensive Conditioning.
Most sessions last 45–75 minutes depending on hair length and condition. Time includes consultation, deep-cleansing, treatment application with heat or mask, and a gentle finish. Your stylist will confirm timing when booking and adjust for color or corrective services.
Yes. Our clinical formulas are customizable for straight, wavy, curly, and coily hair. We assess porosity and damage to choose the right treatment strength so it hydrates without weighing hair down. Tell your stylist about chemical services or sensitivities beforehand.
For most clients, every 4–6 weeks maintains moisture and repair, while severely damaged hair may benefit from biweekly sessions initially. Your stylist will recommend frequency based on your hair goals, styling routine, and recovery progress.
Our formulas are color-safe and designed to complement chemical services. Conditioning generally does not strip color when applied professionally, though certain corrective services may require timing coordination. Mention recent lifts, perms, or straightening so we can tailor the service safely.
You’ll notice softer, smoother hair with reduced frizz and improved shine right away. Hair will feel more manageable and stronger; some clients see immediate reduction in breakage and healthier-looking ends. Results last longer with recommended at-home care.
Yes. Use sulfate-free shampoo, a hydrating conditioner, and limit heat styling for several days. Apply a leave-in treatment or oil to seal moisture, and follow your stylist’s product recommendations to extend clinical benefits and maintain salon-fresh results.
