Consultations usually last 30 to 45 minutes depending on complexity. Longer sessions may be scheduled for extensive color planning or corrective services. This ensures thorough analysis, personalized recommendations, and time to address your questions and concerns.
Photos are helpful but not required. Bringing inspiration images or photos of previous color and styles helps our stylist understand your preferences, desired results, and realistic expectations so we can create a plan that suits your features and maintenance routine.
Patch testing is recommended for new color clients or those with allergies. If color is planned, we can schedule a patch test 48–72 hours before application to ensure safety and reduce risk of reactions, per salon policy and professional standards.
